for this weeks reading work we had to make a WW2 soundscape, the gun and stuka (nazi plane) sound effects are from YouTube but we whistled and banged and clanged. The first soundscape was made by ME and Christiaan. The second one was made by just me. ok srry the stupid sounds won't link to the damn slideshow or blog, stupid crap Right? published a few weeks late (it wasn't gonna get published)

Pygmy Seahorses. There are seven Species of Pygmy Seahorse. The Pygmy Seahorse is one of the smallest in the world (2 cm), they can be found in the Indo-West Pacific Ocean. The scientific name for Pygmy Seahorse is Hippocampus Bargibanti.
Pygmy Seahorses camouflage to survive. They will find a sea-fan-coral and change colour to match it, they also change texture.
When a baby seahorse is born it is brown. Before the baby(s) is born the parents do a courtship dance. The baby(s) are developed in the fathers brood pouch.
Pygmy Seahorses eat small crustaceans. They have the common predators of the sea, fish, sharks, industrial fishing (big nets), and climate change.
The coral reefs are being destroyed. This is the result of climate change and industrial fishing. The result of climate change is acidification, and rising temperatures. Industrial fishing nets smash the coral reefs and it isn't good.

Sweat is pouring from head to toe. Holding my shotgun, trying, trying so hard not to be wobbly. The stock pushed up against my shoulder while I stare down the barrels, through the iron sights. Whoosh, the clay disk flings out of the launcher. BANG!! The disk is in bits. Ugh, the whole time sweat is all over my lips, I keep licking them though and getting yucky salty sweat on my tongue. I pull back the pump then, Fire!! Each time I pull trigger I see a nearly invisible tiny poof of smoke being carryed away from the barrel, well I should say "barrels."
